Rule #1: Keep running.

Jag’s rules have kept him safe and free since he escaped conversion therapy, but that was before he walked into Heaven and Hell. A no-strings fling with the club owner, Michael, turns into so much more as Jag finds himself breaking one rule after another.

Michael hasn’t been able to commit to anyone since his partner died, until Jag walks into his club. Falling in lust with the elfin young dancer is easy, and his heart is quick to follow.

Michael gives Jag a reason to stay, but fear rules Jag’s heart more than love. Despite his deepening feelings for Michael, Jag knows he can’t stay. Can he?

My review:

I love stories with broken characters, and i love reading well written books with broken characters!

Broken was an amazing read. I loved Jag and Michael's relationship, and i loved their background too. Jag was mysterious about his past, and it was really sad and heartbreaking. But Michael was strong and he wanted Jag no matter what. Their story was so cute!

The pole dancing scenes was HOT and i loved the way Jag was dancing. I loved everything about Jag and I couldn't wait to read about him falling in love - it was sooooo good! When he finally admitted it, awww, best scene ever!

And Michael was perfect! He waited, and waited... and when Jag told him his past, he was PERFECT!

"You will heal," Michael told him. "It'll take time, but you will put yourself back together again."

I loved the story, the characters, the emotions, the erotic scenes!!!!!

I prepared myself for crying, because everyone said they cried over the book, but i didn't. I was sad and my heart was broken for Jag, but the storytelling wasn't as sad that i could cry...i wanted, because i need some bad crying over books, but this wasnt for me.

I recommend this book, really! I mean come on, it was written by Colette Davison, i knew it would be amazing!
