An Erotic Paranormal Gay Romance

By Kora Knight & Raven Foxx

TAG LINE:

A vampire’s hunger. An angel’s light.

BLURB

Stationed in New York City, mission angel Jazz Jagger has one sole objective: to eradicate demons from the human realm. Problem is, their underlord Seth Masters isn't exactly okay with that. Furious at the loss he’s accruing, he has Jazz captured, anxious to punish him personally, but Jazz turns out to be an angel like none he has ever met.

Despite raw, torn emotion, their dynamic shifts, their story’s dark start changing to something entirely different. Something that neither male in his right mind could ever have expected.

Anger and resentment, now desire and need.

A vampire’s hunger. An angel’s light.

Opposites attract like never before.

Still, despite Jazz’s efforts to make them compatible, Seth remains hesitant. Will dark pride prevail, denying them the happy ending they've struggled so hard for?

My review:

This book was my first from Kora Knight although i wanted to read from their forever! The book wasn't bad, but wasn't perfect either.

I love angels and paranormal books, and opposites attract too, but this book was too much for me. Too much hate/love, too much separate time, the characters were irritating, they were always like 'i hate you, no, i love you, we need to be together, no we need to be far away from each other' ... it was frustrating as hell!
And i hated how Seth transformed into something he wasn't! I hated how Jazz was trying to change him, i hated it so much! Seth was a vampire and a dark lord FFS! And what was he at the end of the book? The total opposite of himself! This isn't the way how love works! Jazz was a light, an angel, a pure person... and no, he wasn't! I hated him, he wasn't as strong as he tried to be, Seth was so much more! Seth was a perfect character...until he wasn't anymore...
At times i loved reading this book, but at times i wanted to DNF it. I was confused as hell!
And the erotica, LOL, where it was?! At the end of the book?! I'm not the one who complains about the lack of erotic scenes, BUT when it says it has, and it really is an erotic book... no, it was't!
And it wasn't romance either... i don't know what it was. It had romantic and erotic scenes, but not as many as I thought it would be.
And I can say only what I said earlier...too much drama, too much love/hate scenes, it was over written! And Seth! I loved him!

I say it was a neutral read for me, didn't hate it, but didn't loved it either. But I'm happy i read it!
